FOREWORD
There is no noise here.
There's nothing glamorous here.
No need for FOMO.
No peer pressure needed.
There's only space for you to focus on your own journey.
Having spent the first 10 years since entering the job market as a serious marketing student and professional, @talkativeanya publishes a blog compiling knowledge gained from exploring a relatively young field compared to the development of economics in general.
There are many sources of information to learn about "What is Marketing?", however, Marketing lagi focuses on generalizing knowledge and experience to help student readers easily visualize the work that marketers pursue.
Marketing is indeed very interesting and suitable for those who love creativity, but it's not as free and glamorous as young people might imagine. It's a profession that requires logical thinking, with demanding work, unique pressures, and... it's not entirely a suitable choice for students who want to go to university but want to avoid math, literature, history, and geography... (doing well in high school subjects still has certain advantages).
Marketing will provide information to support students' decisions on choosing a school, assist new students in their introductory marketing studies, and help aspiring marketers determine their career paths. Marketing isn't all rosy; it's very practical, yet it still offers many interesting aspects and ample opportunities for experimentation, research, and innovation.
Hopefully, this will provide readers with more useful perspectives on Marketing, helping them to better understand the choices or uncertainties surrounding this career path.

STILL STUDYING AND WORKING IN MARKETING

About the author
An ordinary person, still learning, experimenting, and working in Marketing.
2016 - Now | Working
From Agency to Client
From Communication to Marketing
I started working seriously in 2016, beginning at a small social media agency, starting with content writing.
I wanted to experience everything , and in the end, I knew a little bit about everything: content writing, design, web development, event organizing, running ads, planning, account management - but after 10 years, I only retained a few practical skills very well , while the rest I either knew or forgot to keep my mind clear.
If you want to delve deeper into marketing, consider moving from an agency to a company in your preferred industry, working in-house, and enjoying learning how marketing operates within the overall business operations .
2021 - 2023 | IS (VNU) & NU
International School
(Vietnam National University)
& University of Nantes (France)
Happy to have graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing Studies and Practice, offered by the International School in collaboration with the University of Nantes.
My academic performance is average , with some subjects getting high marks and others getting low marks, but I really enjoy learning and am very dedicated to my studies. I go to school because I want to learn, expand my knowledge, and make up for any gaps in my foundational knowledge.
I chose to study an international program to take advantage of opportunities to use English and out of curiosity to see how foreign lecturers teach Marketing.
2014 - 2019 | UEB (VNU)
University of Economics
(Vietnam National University)
Confused. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics.
Average academic performance , didn't really dedicate time to classes, had to retake a few courses, and graduated late.
Spending most of her time enthusiastically on student activities, full of energy , this is the portrait of a dynamic Vice President of the Student Union.
